Leadership
Every five years at the congregation’s Chapter event, the Dominican Sisters of Hope elect five members to their Congregational Leadership Team. These five member serve with equally shared leadership and authority in order to assure collegiality, a diversity of gifts, and a variety of viewpoints in planning and decision making.
